Also, I actually liked the dish that the Cake boss guy was cooking. I am italian myself and a cook and I would cook things slightly differently. It looked delish until he added Ricotta Salat. THAT CHEESE IS GROSS! I would use Romano. I simply don’t like Parmesean or Ricotta Salat. I do like Romano though… Maybe I would add some regular ricotta. I think that sounds tasty. Like eggplant parm in a bowl.

Kelly – Thanks for posting these videos; you’re amazing. Any way you could post them on youtube so they’re downloadable to iPhone? In any case, thanks for all the trouble you go to – this is really the best fan site anywhere for any celebrity.

I think I got my ‘superheroes’ mixed up when I said Steve McQueen instead of Paul Newman in my earlier post. Matt looks so much better than either one of them.
